ISO 9001 and 14001
In addition to the basic management requirements to run a successful business in the 21st century The Waste Paper Company is ISO 9001 certificated and is currently striving toward ISO 14001 the environmental accreditation. The Recycling Association
The Waste Paper Company is represented at both council and board level on the trade association representing the UK’s recycling industry. The Recycling Association is constantly trying to push the boundaries of UK recycling and The Waste Paper Company tries to lead by example by using industry best practice and hopefully exceeding those standards.

Environmental Protection Act (1995) and The Environment Agency
The Environment Protection Act legislates that waste generated in the UK is properly dealt with and if it is claimed to be recycled that this actually happens. The Environment Agency ensures that the Act is enforced. The Waste Paper Company holds the necessary Waste Carriers Licence for transporting your waste and our depot is certificated to undertake recycling on your behalf.
Insurance
The Waste Paper Company has an excellent insurance track record within the recycling industry. We are insured for £10M employer’s liability and £10m third party public liability. Our drivers are all fully trained and hold fork-lift truck licences and are insured to load our vehicles using your equipment at your premises. The Health and Safety Executive come in for much criticism but The Waste Paper Company and TGM Group believe fundamentally in the good that they do. effect any business inevitably will have on the environment but are committed to
